By proceeding to download and use the SymmetriQWallet, you acknowledge and agree to the following important risks andresponsibilities:

You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys, seed phrase and device access. Loss, theft or compromise of your seed phrase may result in loss of access to your assets. The wallet offers optional user-controlled recovery mechanisms, such as biometrics and passkeys, which may allow you to regain access without the original seed phrase provided you have set them up securely in advance. These recovery options depend entirely on your own device and passkey security. SymmetriQ has no ability to recover funds for you and does not hold or control any recovery credentials.

However, as with any cryptographic system, no technology can guarantee absolute security against all possible future attacks, unknown vulnerabilities or unforeseen technological developments. You should continue to follow best security practices, including the safe storage of your seed phrase and the use of the optional timelock feature where appropriate.
